We give you this promise: we only mediate selected, trustable drivers. With most drivers, we have been working for 5 to 15 years. Already for the accreditation, we select the drivers applying the hardest criteria, in order to only let the best arrive behind the steering wheel. Each single one in our select team disposes of excellent references. And comes with these must-haves:

• First-class certificate of good conduct
• Driving experience for years with a prudent driving style

Meet your driver: easy and safe

On the day of your first ride, your driver will expect you at the pick-up location - alwys with a complementary time cushion. If you have indicated your mobile number, we or your driver will send a short SMS to you, as soon as he reaches the pick-up location. He will welcome you with a personalized plate stating  myDriver São Paulo and your name. At the airport, he will welcome you personally right after the baggage claim - no matter when your flight will arrive. So you avoid long waiting times. And the bad feeling whether your taxi is really safe.

On Time to Your Target

During your ride, each driver will choose the route which, according to the current traffic situation, will lead you most quickly to your target. Upon request, the driver will coordinate last-minute time or route changes. For you, this means: we guarantee trouble-free and on-time transfers.

Communicate in English with your driver

Not only is our web site in English – also our confirmation of your reservation and the entire order processing are. Even with your driver, you communicate in English: via the Google online translation on your smartphone. This make your communication easy, compared with local taxi drivers. As those in most cases only speak Portuguese. Your special plus: upon request, your driver speaks English.

A passenger insurance and regular technical services following the car builder instructions represent self-explaining requirements to the vehicles of the drivers to us. Beside, already today we change to "green light". And accelerate when it comes to ecological driving with alternative fuels, like bio-ethanol or liquid petroleum gas. Savour relaxed driving experiences: in the Toyota Corolla for 3 passengers and 3 big luggage pieces (for 3 big luggage pieces, one suitcase may need to be stored inside the car).
